Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancelling your order, you have a further 30 days to return the product.

You'll then receive a full refund of your order amount, including the original shipping costs. The cost of returning the product from your address to our online store is your responsibility. For exact rates, we recommend checking the website of the carrier you choose.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all included accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, you can contact us at:

We'll process your refund as soon as possible after we've received and inspected your return, provided the product is received in good condition.
